Working with Jess to develop my Arabian has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Jess both trains my horse and then coaches me. Each lesson Jess comes with a clear plan on the work for the day and the ultimate patience to help me move forward. The relationship with my horse and the trust between us has improved dramatically as a result. Having a safe, happy, well educated horse that can be ridden anywhere, be it the dressage arena or the trail, has always been the goal. And with Jess’s help and guidance we will soon be riding a test at a show and relaxing down the trail. The goal is in sight. From distress to success! Thank you Jess!

I adopted my mustang, Juniper, as a yearling. As a first-time horse owner, I knew I'd need someone with more experience to help guide us both. After he was started under saddle by a different trainer, he began cross cantering, so I reached out to Jess to help him build strength. I'd never done dressage before, so I was starting from scratch too.
Only a month into lessons, I unfortunately had to take a break because of an unrelated injury. Jess kept riding and training Juniper three times a week the entire time, and she's given him an amazing foundation. Not many trainers work well with mustangs, but Jess took him on and turned him into a lovely dressage prospect who looks so fancy, and who I can now learn on and enjoy. He even knows more dressage than I do! She just rode him in his first clinic, and he was fantastic.
Now that I'm back in lessons, I'm reminded how lucky we are to have her. She's so sweet and patient, and she's amazing at explaining things to a beginner like me. I've fallen in love with dressage, and I'm hoping to show Juniper next year with Jess leading the way. I couldn't recommend her more!
